The Office of Fleet, Facilities and Administrative Services (OFFAS) focus is to ensure the most efficient and effective operations for the Department of Transportation through continuous improvement in the areas of management support, procurement, and facility and fleet services. OFFAS develops, advertises and manages various services and maintenance contracts yearly. OFFAS also is responsible for all Fleet Master Department-wide Reporting, Fixed Asset Inventory and Reporting, Supply Inventory Reporting, Department-wide Fleet Management and Headquarters Safety compliance.
