The Office of Transportation Technology Services (OTTS) assists the Department of Transportation in supporting a world-class transportation system through Information Technology (IT) excellence. OTTS provides IT support for MDOT Headquarters and the MDOT Modals by: managing and maintaining MDOT Enterprise-wide data network infrastructure; providing procurement vehicles for acquisition of IT solutions to meet departmental or Modal-specific IT requirements; providing Project Management resources for Department-wide IT Projects; and developing and implementing Policies, Procedures and Standards related to Information Technology.
