Steps to Annual Review 

MDOT certified firms must provide, every year on the anniversary of the date of your firm's certification, the MDOT no change affidavit and supporting documents. This form must affirm that there have been no changes in the firm's circumstances affecting its ability to meet size, disadvantaged status, ownership, or control requirements.

Sixty (60) days prior to a firm's certification anniversary date, a firm will receive a notification from MarylandMDBE@mdbecert.com containing instructions for submitting their Annual Review documents.
