Steps to Managing Your Certification 

Department of Social and Economic Mobility (DoSEM) certified firms must provide a no change affidavit during their certification renewal period.

All firms certified as MBE and/or SBE should also complete and submit the No Change Affidavit.

For firms domiciled in Maryland and /or MBE certified, Proof of Good Standing should be included as part of your supporting document.

Sixty (60) days prior to a firm's certification anniversary date, a firm will receive a notification from [email protected] containing instructions for submitting their Continuation of Certification documents.

    DBE/ACDBE applicants and participants must submit a Personal Narrative and a current Personal Net Worth (PNW) Statement with supporting documentation. Incomplete submissions may delay processing.
