Minority Business Enterprise Advisory Committee (MBEAC) 

Effective October 16, 2024, the Minority Business Enterprise Advisory Council (“MBEAC”) no longer participates in the MBE certification process. This change enhances efficiency and allows for a streamlined approach to certification applications.

MBEAC proceedings were recorded in accordance with Title 3, Section 3-306 of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
