The New Carrollton TOD site is a 39-acre site is served by the WMATA Metrorail (Orange Line), MARC Train (Penn Line) and AMTRAK (Northeast Regional Service) located in Prince George's County. The development rights to the project were awarded by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority and the State of Maryland to a joint venture of Forest City and Urban Atlantic. The 2.7 square foot mixed-use development will contain residential units, a hotel, retail and office space, as well as structured parking. The project is currently in the planning phase.
